According to the latest edition of the Macau Game Service Index, the quality of service in the Macau game industry increased in the second quarter of this year.
The index rose to 1.95 points in the second quarter from 1.83 points a year earlier, with zero considered the worst service and 3.5 the highest.
The index is compiled by the Macau Game Research Society and conducted by SGS Hong Kong Ltd. Undercover rating agencies rated employees at 11 casinos for their "smiling attitude," "active attitude" and "patience."
The report showed that the micro index fell when compared with the results of the initial round, while the prevention and tolerance index was higher than a year ago.
